What happens next
- 1. We email that address a link. Nothing happens until it is clicked — otherwise anybody could ask about somebody else's data, which would be the very thing this page exists to protect.
- 2. Once confirmed, a person at NatCamp handles it. We aim to answer within 21 days.
- 3. If we have to refuse any part of it, we tell you which part and why.
One limit, stated up front: the financial record behind a completed booking must be kept for seven years under Malaysian tax law. We remove you from those records rather than deleting them — the transaction survives, the person does not. Saying otherwise would be a promise we cannot keep.
