Getting started

Booking a stay›

Search by town or date, open a camp, pick your dates and guests, then choose a unit type if the listing has them. Review the price, add any rental gear, and confirm. You will get a booking reference (e.g. NC-8F3A2) to quote to your host.

Your account

Trips, passport & reviews›

Your Trips tab lists upcoming and past stays. Three days after checkout you can leave a review with photos. Every camp you visit adds to your Camp Passport with badges and levels.

Stays

If a host files a damage claim›

A host can file a claim against a booking. You will see it on your booking page and can Accept or Dispute it (with a note). An admin reviews disputed claims.
